A continuation of Batched Contextual Reinforcement. Concurrent Constraint Reinforcement places three independently verifiable problems in one capped training completion, so answers finished before truncation keep their credit and a shared budget favors shorter reasoning without a length penalty; with an 8,000-token window it uses about 80% fewer tokens per training step than single-problem GRPO with a 32k window.
